What is better for a company?

a) a person who knows a lot but doesn’t have a good relationship with the rest of the team
b) a person who doesn’t know a lot but who is willing to work on a team


Nowadays, on the capitalism world, to survive on the market is necessary be competitive. Both Knowledge and have goods relationship on the work team is a necessity, an obligation. If you don’t have a good relationship with the others work, you can’t help the company. You don’t have a channel to spread, to show what you know. On the other hand knowledge is necessary too.

How can a company decide if a candidate for a job is a person who will be a team worker?

Today have some ways to test if a person will be interesting for a company: Interviews, examinations, etc. But the main one, in my opinion, is the period of experience where the employer, the boss will see the main characteristics of the candidate.
