The 5th market of the own’s residences, that happened last Weekend at Expominas, Gameleira borough’s, generate the sum of R$407millions. 5398 property were bought. The average of each contract was R$76thousands. The dream of the own’s residences let to the place 55.239 people, record of public. Last year the public were 45 thousands. Was made 1.012 contracts with the value of 70,3 millions. Others R$4337,9 millions, referring at credit letter to purchase 4.386 residences, had been forward, lacking only some details for the release of the money by Caixa. Had participated of the event 42 constructors and 30 property corporations. Had been offered at the region of Belo Horizonte 13.307 property. Much of them still can be deal with the constructors and at the Caixa’s Agency. According to Rômulo Martins de Freitas, the Caixa’s regional chairman, the event was success because two main factors: The information services of the corporation and the search to the dream of the own’s residency through the program My House, My life that stimulate people went and sign up contracts.
